DEFINITIONS

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means a personal account opened with us for the purpose of making Bets;
• "Bet" means any wager made on a Game or Event;
• "Event" means an occurrence that can be bet upon, including but not limited to sports events, lottery draws and casino games;
• "Game" means any game or activity offered by us which allows a Player to participate in the outcome of an Event;
• "Player" means any individual who uses our services for Bets;
• "Terms and Conditions" means these terms and conditions as amended from time to time.

APPLICABILITY

These Terms and Conditions apply to all use of our services, including but not limited to making Bets, playing Games and participating in Events. By using our services, a Player agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

No person under the age of 18 shall participate in any Game or Event offered by us. We reserve the right to request proof of age from any Player who appears to be under the age of 18.

IDENTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

We may, at our discretion, require a Player to provide identification and/or verification documents before allowing them to make Bets or participate in Games or Events. If we request such documentation, it must be provided within the timeframe specified by us, otherwise we reserve the right to close the Account.

BETTING RESTRICTIONS

We may impose restrictions on a Player's ability to make Bets, including but not limited to limiting their Bet size or frequency of betting. We reserve the right to vary these restrictions at any time.

BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Any bonus offered by us shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions as well as any specific terms and conditions set out in relation to that particular bonus. Bonuses are only available to Players who have not previously closed an Account with us, or who have had their previous Account closed due to suspected money laundering or fraud.

PAYMENT TERMS

We shall pay out winnings to a Player's Account within 24 hours of the outcome of a Bet becoming final. If a Player requests a payout and we are unable to verify their identity, we may request identification and/or verification documents before making payment.

CANCELLATION OF BETS

We reserve the right to cancel any Bet at any time if we suspect that it has been made in breach of these Terms and Conditions or if there is an error in the amount of the stake or odds.

EVENT CANCELLATION

If an Event is cancelled, all Bets placed on that Event will be void unless otherwise specified by us.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through negotiation between the parties involved. If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may refer the matter to an independent third-party arbitrator for determination.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to a Player. The revised terms and conditions will apply from the date they are posted on our website.

WAIVER OF RIGHTS

The failure by us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision, nor limit our ability to exercise or enforce it in the future.

INVALIDITY

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, void or unenforceable for any reason, that part shall be severed from the remaining provisions, which shall continue to apply.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between a Player and us in relation to their use of our services, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

BINDING EFFECT

These Terms and Conditions shall be binding on each party's successors and assigns.

By using our services, a Player acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
